Description: Café del Huila protects soft washed arabic coffee, which when processed is sensory identified by having a balanced overall impression, with sweet notes, acidity and medium / high body, intense fragrance / aroma with fruity and caramel sensations. For a medium roast, we obtain stone fruit flavors such as cherry, sweet caramel and vanilla flavors, with a very characteristic citrus touch of this coffee. Silky, very balanced and structured.
